•Do you ship to my country?
We only ship to the USA, Canada, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Australia, Hongkong, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines at this time.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
•Will I be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees?
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that import taxes, duties, and customs fees are totally the buyer's responsibility.
- Please be aware that any customs clearance-related charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customers, EVEN with the free shipping promotion orders.
- Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties and or taxes to your imports. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even being returned.
-Please note that the value of free gifts is marked as its original cost, for example as $15 USD, not as free or “0”, on the commercial invoice, therefore, they may be subject to duties or any kinds of customs clearance related charges.
•What forms of payment are accepted?
Currently, only PAYPAL is available.
Return & Exchange/ Refund/ Cancel
•Can I cancel my order?
When you place your order, your package will be ready to ship in 8 hours. We can only accept cancellations within 8 hours after payment. After this time, we may accept to cancel your order depending on the preparation status.
•How do I return or change an item?
Return or Exchange, in any case, is not possible.
If you have received any wrong or defective items, please contact our CS team.
•Can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact our CS team if there is any issue with your order. You may request a refund if you received the wrong item or a defective item within 4 weeks of purchasing your order. Any claims made after 4 weeks will not be compensated. If your package was lost during the shipment, please notify us as soon as possible to start an investigation of your case with K-PACKET. If your package can’t be located at the end of the investigation, you may request a replacement order free of charge. Please note that refunds are not available. If you don’t notify us within 4 weeks regarding the lost package, we will not be able to compensate you for your lost package.
