SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

We currently offer shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

How long does it take to get my item?

Shipping typically takes 15 business days.

- Orders under $50: $9.9
- Orders $50 and over: Free Shipping
My package appears as delivered but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear about this issue. Please check your mailbox first. If you still haven't found your package, please contact your local post office to report that you have not received your package as soon as possible. Additionally, please get in touch with us.
I received the wrong products. What do I do?

If you received the wrong products, please contact us at global@lenssis.com within 7 days of receiving the product and send us a photo of the product you received. After reviewing your case, we will send you a replacement order. We cannot help you if you contact us after 7 days or if you don't have any proof of photo evidence.

CUSTOMS

Will I be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees? 
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

 Even with free shipping promotions, any customs clearance-related charges and customs duties remain the customer's responsibility.

 Customs regulations vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand their specific policies. Failure to do so may result in high import duties, delivery delays, or returns.

 Please note that the value of free gifts is indicated at their original cost on the commercial invoice (e.g., $15 USD) rather than being listed as "free" or "0". Consequently, they may be subject to duties or other customs-related charges.

Currently, credit cards and Paypal are available.
What is the currency on the website?
We only accept payment in US dollars on lenssis.com

Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we may not be able to cancel your order based on the preparation status. If your order is already shipped, it can't be cancelled. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us (global@lenssis.com) as soon as possible. 
Can I change my order?
Please note that we may not be able to change your order based on the preparation status. If your order is already shipped, it can't be changed. Therefore, if you want to change your order, please contact us (global@lenssis.com) as soon as possible. 
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, a return or exchange, in any case, is not possible. If you have received any wrong or defective products, please contact us (global@lenssis.com) within 7 days of receiving the product.

Currently, we have 1 offline store in South Korea and we might open more offline stores in the future.
